Objectives and Definitions
The objectives of the Grandview Lake Rules and Regulations include the following:
- To restrict the use of Grandview Lake to owners of lots fronting on Grandview lake, their families and guests, and to the renters of lots fronting on Grandview Lake, their families and guests, subject to compliance with applicable Grandview Lake Rules and Regulations, and to permit use of Grandview Lake by special groups as approved by the Board of Directors of the Grandview Lot Owners Association, Inc., in advance.
- To aid in the safe use of Grandview Lake.
As the term is used throughout these Grandview Lake Rules and Regulations, "Association" means and also refers to the Grandview Lot Owners Association, Inc., and Indiana not-for-profit corporation. As the term is used anywhere in the Grandview Lake Rules and Regulations, the term "BOD" means and refers to the Board of Directors of the Grandview Lot owners Association, Inc. As the term is used anywhere in the Grandview Lake Rules and Regulations, the term "lot" means and refers to each platted lot fronting on Grandview Lake as evidenced by the most current plat recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Bartholomew county, Indiana. As the term is used anywhere in the Grandview Lake Rules and Regulations, "lot owner" or "lot owner (s)" means and refers to the owner or owners of any platted lot fronting on Grandview Lake as evidenced by the most current recorded plat recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Bartholomew county, Indiana.
