Authority for These Rules and Regulations
These Rules and Regulations have been adopted by a majority vote of all lot owners owning lots fronting on Grandview Lake, pursuant to the Privileges and Restrictions as contained in the plats of the Town of Grandview Lake and all of the Additions thereto and by the Board of Directors of the Grandview Lot Owners Association, Inc., pursuant to the By-laws of the Corporation.
