  1. Grandview Garden Club - All ladies of the Grandview Lot Owners Association are invited to join the Grandview Garden Club. Meetings are held from March through December, usually on the first Thursday of the month. A variety of interesting programs and outings relating to gardening are scheduled either at a member’s home or on a field trip to a central Indiana site.

  2. Yacht Club – The Grandview Yacht Club schedules sailboat races on Grandview Lake, generally starting the first Sunday in May and continuing on alternate Sundays through September. The Yacht Club also hosts breakfasts on the three major holidays of the summer, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day. These breakfasts are held at various lot owners’ homes which are open to all lot owners and their guests.

  3. Ski Club – The Grandview Ski Club maintains the slalom ski course near the Dam and also hosts the Artic Open on the first Saturday in December.

  4. Full Moon Parties – Whenever the weather warms in the spring, Full Moon Parties begin on the night before the Full Moon of each month. All lot owners are invited to meet in the center of the lake where boats are tied together to form a floating party barge. Everyone is asked to bring hors d’oeuvres to share and their own drinks.

  5. Fishing – Grandview Lake is stocked with large mouth bass, walleye, blue gill, red ear, sunfish, crappie, perch, and channel catfish. Fish shelters are placed around the lake to encourage reproduction. Fishing is restricted to lot owners and their guests. No permit is required on private lakes.

  6. Hiking - Grandview Lake Woods offers established trails that cover more than 7 miles for use by the lot owners and their guests. The Grandview Woods is home to a variety of wildlife common in the area.

  7. Deer Hunt – A private deer hunt is conducted on restricted autumn dates in the Grandview Woods. All hunters must be a Grandview Lot Owner or sponsored by a Grandview Lot Owner and must be 18 years of age and must present a Hunters Safety Certificate.

  8. Water Sports – Boating, skiing, sailing, tubing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, ice boating, ice skating, ice fishing and personal water crafts are all permitted within the Rules and Regulations of the Grandview Lot Owners Association.
